IHW services was created in order to fill a need in the spa industry, and medical practice communities for high quality wellness services based on Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine. We began over 6 years ago by creating healing services in high end day spas nationally, and have evolved into a service provider company offering acupuncture, integrative medicine, and Fertility and Reproductive Wellness services for hospital based fertility centers, private fertility practices, medical facilities, wellness centers, and spas.

We do this by recruiting, training, and managing the highest caliber, fully credentialed practitioners, and by incorporating operational systems and structures that allow you to provide these services with confidence, in your facility.

Robert is the founder and CEO of Intentional Health and Wellness, a company providingoutsourced acupuncture, healing arts services, wellness, and fertility programs in spa and medical facilities nationally. IHW is the leading provider of acupuncture practitioners and programs in the United States with operations in facilities in New York, Boston, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, and Los Angeles. Robert has developed a company capable of seamless integration into existing medical or spa facilities with little or no up front cost to the client. At the same time His operational model ensures the ongoing success of both the practitioner and program at each facility. Robert is also a Master Practitioner of Acupuncture and Eastern Healing Arts, with over 20 years of experience in the practice of complementary and alternative therapies.

He holds a Masters of Science degree in Acupuncture and is a nationally
board certified by the NCCAOM. Robert is known nationally for his work
as the Director of Healing for Exhale, a national wellness spa brand
with acupuncture and healing arts services provided by IHW in their
facilities across the country.

Mike Berkley
Dr. Berkley is the first acupuncturist/herbalist in the United States to work exclusively in the field of reproductive medicine. He has developed unique acupuncture protocols and herbal formulae which have been shown to increase success rates by 35 - 40%. He works exclusively in the area of reproductive medicine and enjoys working in conjunction with some of New York's most prestigious reproductive endocrinologists.

Mike Berkley, Founder and Director of The Berkley Center for Reproductive Wellness, in New York City, is licensed and Board Certified in Acupuncture in the states of New York and Connecticut, and licensed as a Doctor of Acupuncture in the State of Rhode Island. Dr. Berkley is also Board Certified in Clinical Herbal Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Dr. Berkley is a Member, in good standing, of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM); Resolve of New York, American Fertility Association (AFA), the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), the Acupuncture Society of New York; and the American Association of Oriental Medicine (AAOM). In addition, he is an Advisory Board member of The InterNational Council on Infertility Information Dissemination, Inc. (INCIID). He is also on the Board of Doctors at ATIME, and he is an Advisory Board Member of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM). Dr. Berkley is also sits on the Advisory Board of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM).
